By using NFWA you agree to the following terms.
NFWA is provided for independent creators and audiences. Don't use it to harass, infringe, or break the law.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant NFWA a license to display your content within the platform.
NFWA only collects payments for its own platform memberships and creator services (such as EPKs, bios, release campaigns, and similar tools provided directly by NFWA). We do not accept, process, hold, or remit payments on behalf of any artist, brand partner, or other third party featured on the site. All featured artists and partners operate independently and are responsible for their own transactions, contracts, and tax obligations.
We may update these terms; we'll notify waitlist members of material changes via email.
